Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this peaceful hideaway blends comfort with sustainability—making it a perfect base for slow mornings, long walks and evenings by the fire.
The cottage is light-filled and thoughtfully furnished, featuring a stylish open-plan living space, underfloor heating and a log-burning stove to keep things cosy whatever the weather. A dedicated relaxation room with a feature bath offers the perfect spot to unwind.

We’re based at the other end of the estate and happy to be as hands-off or hands-on as you prefer. Whether you’re looking for tips, firewood or just someone to point you in the right direction, we’re only ever a message away.

We understand that animals are family. Because we have our own rescue animals on site, we look at any requests for furry companions to join your stay on an individual basis, so we can ensure harmony for both guests and animals alike. We charge an additional one-off £30 cleaning fee per furry companion.
All bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that guests arrange appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any circumstances that may require cancellation.
In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may be able to offer a change of dates. However, as a small, family-run business, this will depend on availability and we are unable to guarantee that changes can always be accommodated.
Guests are not permitted to charge EV vehicles through pin plugs onsite. There are nearby EV charging points in Brechin (Church Street carpark and Glencadam Distillery). The nearest ultra-fast charger is located at Starbucks, North Esk Road, Montrose.
