The Gate Lodge
Tucked away at the main entrance of the estate, The Gate Lodge is a beautifully reimagined space that blends rustic character with a quiet, Tolkein-esque charm. Once home to a family of six (hard to believe!), it’s now a place for calm and contemplation. It’s ideal for curling up with a book, enjoying a dram, or finding focus with a little laptop time by the wood burner.

The Turbine House
Hidden in the woods beside the old mill lade, The Turbine House – an old watermill – is perhaps the most atmospheric spot on the estate. With water flowing beneath and trees all around, it’s a truly secluded hideaway; perfect for intimate weddings, slow family gatherings, or simply curling up with a good book and an even better view.
The space has already hosted a beautiful, bucolic ceremony and is equally well-suited to special meals, quiet celebrations, or moments of reflection. With sweeping views towards the cairns and the gentle soundtrack of the lade, The Turbine House invites you to settle in and stay a while.
The Coach House
